Delivery time
The time for delivery and/or completion of the special finishes and custom-made pieces on request will be discussed by email between Robert van Embricqs and the client.

Otherwise please allow 7-8 weeks for this chair to be created & shipped to your location. -

Shipping method
Once you've placed an order, you can't change it, but you can email Robert van Embricqs and discuss the delivery details.
The shipment will be carried out by the delivery company UPS.
Robert van Embricqs will be in touch a couple of days before your delivery's due and give you a delivery date and time slot for you to confirm (or reschedule). The product (s) will be delivered to the room of your choice unless you request otherwise. UPS can only deliver above the ground floor if there's access to a lift, enough safe space access, or if the item weighs less than 85kg. They won't be able to deliver above the third floor unless there's a lift. It's your responsibility to check that the item(s) will fit through doors and staircases in its packaging before you place your order.
Robert van Embricqs is the one who pays shipping costs while you, the receiver pays duties and taxes. All parcels sent through this website will not have the duties and taxes prepaid. This means that the receiver of the parcel is liable to pay any applicable Duty or Taxes associated with it. However, if the value of your goods stays below the thresholds of the destination country De minimis, you won’t have to pay customs charges.
Normally, when you are not at home to receive a parcel, it will be left at the nearest UPS Access Point location or with the neighbor. The UPS driver notes these details about delivery in the info notice you find in your mailbox.
You can also use UPS Access Point locations as an alternative drop-off and delivery option upfront. When you select the UPS Access Point to UPS Access Point delivery, you leave your parcel at the nearest UPS Access Point location when convenient for you. This also means you ensure the delivery is right the first time.
You can track your shipment using the tracking number. A tracking number is up to 25 characters and can be used to track your shipment on the UPS tracking page.
Retour Policy
Works manufactured according to your specifications, which are not prefabricated and manufactured based on an individual choice or decision can not be returned. This in any case includes the furniture that Robert van Embricqs makes to order about material and color;
Orders that are sold in stock can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. You have to return the Work or hand it over to (an authorized representative of) Robert van Embricqs. This is not necessary if Robert van Embricqs has offered to collect the Work himself.
You will have to return the Work with all accessories supplied, if reasonably possible in its original condition and packaging, and accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by Robert van Embricqs.
The risk and the burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal rest with you.
The direct costs of returning the Work will be upon you. If Robert van Embricqs reports that he will bear the costs himself, you do not have to bear the costs for the return.
Robert van Embricqs will reimburse all payments made by you, the Consumer, including any delivery costs charged by Robert van Embricqs for the returned Work, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the Consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless Robert van Embricqs offers to collect the Work himself, he may wait with repayment until he has received the Work or until the Consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier.
Robert van Embricqs uses the same payment method that the Consumer has used for reimbursement unless the Consumer agrees to another method. The refund is free of charge for the Consumer.
